If you are thinking of doing your first Juice Cleanse or Juice Detox, but are not so sure yet how to approach this new thing. Read on. This post, I will be answering some of the most common questions asked about juice cleanse.
Is Juice Cleanse safe to do? Yes, if you don’t have any food allergy and rather a healthy person (no diseases) and of course you are not pregnant or breast feeding, juicing for a few days are not going to kill you. However, if you are currently sick with a disease or have some food allergy, you might want to consult your physician before starting one.
How many days should I do Juice Cleanse, if I am a beginner? This is totally up to you. I would personally suggest to go day by day and see how your body responses to it. If you are feeling okay and wanting to continue, by all means, do it with care. Nevertheless, I always recommend my customers to start with Pre Cleanse for 1-2 days together with a clean and healthy meat-less meal prior to the actual juice cleanse program. This will help introducing your body slowly and gracefully to the cleanse itself.
Will I be starving during Juice Cleanse? Juicing can be challenging for a beginner due to the fact that your body is used to chewing and eating solid food to feel full. But when you are on a juice cleanse, you are drinking your calories instead of chewing hence the feeling of full might be altered. Fear not, if you happen to feel dizzy or starving during the cleanse, simply drink more water, drink more juices or have an apple or two. Remember, during this time, you should be resting your body and your mind. No vigorous activities should be performed.
How many bottles should I be drinking in a day? Generally speaking, you should be drinking at least 2 liters of juices plus 3-4 liters of clean water during the cleanse. However, if you feel like you need more than that, please increase 1/2-1 more liter if desire.
Which Juices are the best during the cleanse? There is no best juices for the cleanse. There are plenty of them! I would always suggest my customers to indulge to all of the hues of nature; green, red, dark green, yellow, orange, purple and more. Your body needs all of these!
Will I be losing weight if I do Juice Cleanse? This is by far the most common question asked by everyone! It seems like the sole purpose of doing Juice Cleanse is to lose weight. Essentially, yes, if you do at least 3 days of strict Juice Cleanse, you will lose weight BECAUSE you will be taking less calories then you normally do (and along with resting your body and mind). But what Juice Cleanse can do for you even better is to relieve your digestive workloads from eating bad food. When your digestive gets to rest (because you only take juices), your body uses its resources better to do other important things for your body. So that’s the better goal of Juice Cleanse.

If you are in the mood for something warm and salty, we recommend Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict, Avocado Toast or All Time Favorite Breakfast Plate. Every dish uses olive oil for cooking, dark bread for toast, and extra egg white (if requested) if you need a pump for protein intake.
For lunch hot plates, we have many different options including ones for vegetarian and vegan! Our favorite is Green Power Bowl and Teriyaki Chicken with Avocado Sauce. Both dishes are served with Rice Berry (a kind of brown rice.) and a bunch of cooked vegetable like spinach, broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, etc.
If you are a fish lover, we highly recommend Poke Bowl. This dish is loved by so many with their simplicity deliciousness of raw salmon and tuna and a whole lots of vegetables.
Not only delicious and healthy food we offer, we also serve fresh cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices as well.
